This is something no other hotel we stayed at offered. On top of that, the front desk staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles every time we returned to the property. It truly reflected the best customer service we experienced in Japan. The onsen was another highlight of this property. It is tattoo-friendly, spotless, and serene. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. You can even check how busy it is right from your hotel TV. To top it all off, the hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It is just minutes from Kawaramachi Square where you're surrounded by endless shopping and dining options. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto."
