All enclosed areas have A/C Level One: Living room / indoor and outdoor dining, media/family room, bedroom with 2 queen beds, pool (heated) terrace, kitchen. Level Two: Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds, third bedroom with 2 queen beds Level three: fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds Level three - Gameroom Fully staffed to make your stay totally care-free. The property has views of the Pacific, a clean sandy beach is located a stroll down from the villa (250 meters from the house) two 4-passenger golf carts provided.
