"This is a great and charming hotel. It looks a bit dated in the outside, but the facilities are great, specially the spa and food services. The town is small with great views of cliffs if you walk to the west. Lots of little shopping. The beach isn’t a plus as it’s rocky, but hotel has nice swimming options."

Charming Bungalow with countryside views, close to the South West Coast Path.
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second visit, and once again, was the perfect place to stay with brilliant hosts. Lovely bungalow, with plenty of space, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The garden was perfect for our dog and two small children. Just a short walk to the beach and village! We can't wait to come back again. "
"Breakfast was excellent and it was a pleasant change to have a piping hot plate for the cooked breakfast.
Gardens beautiful with plenty of seating both indoors and out.
Convivial host and pleasant staff.
Much superior to the large hotels on the seafront in which we have stayed,"

"We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the comfort in the rooms. Both the bedroom and the public rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and we did enjoy having a freshly cooked breakfast brought to our table rather than a buffet style self service where the food had been hanging around. The overall impression was of happy staff creating a pleasant atmosphere"
