"Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. "Faburlous sea views from close up. If you sleep well with the sound of waves -- can't beat it. Very convenient for short walks to restaurants and a grocery right next door. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and professional. It's hard to think of something we didn't like, but perhaps it would be people slamming doors in the early morning. "A wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be. Loved the old world feel of the reception area in the main hotel and the pool & sea view are exceptional. The staff was so knowledgeable and took time to show us about. We had dinner included but were not able to make it so, lunch was provided for us. The breakfast buffet is the best I have seen in Portugal with eggs made to order, warm breads and wonderful fruit salad to mention a few items.
