Great - but not quite as advertised
Lovely Apartment and very clean. Check in was good and staff very friendly. Facilities were great and would definately recommend.
Only issues - apartment wasn't at moorfields at all!!! Had to go and find it for check in it is at L2 2AA Silkhouse Court, Tithebarne street. There wasn't a sofa bed in the room but there was a sofa. There wasn't any forks or tea towels.

The Dream was NOT lived
I was in a queue for over an hour to check-in. It wasn't really clear why it took so long. Once getting there it took a further 20 minutes to get keys for our room which was in a separate building. We walked down to the room and entered. The bed has collapsed in the middle, there were stains on the walls, a strong nasty smell in the room, TV not as described, also rubbish packets in the drawers. I returned to the check-in desk where I had to wait enough half an hour to be seen. I explained the problems and the guy at check-in wasn't willing to rectify any issues I arose. I had asked for a refund due to the room not being clean, and I didn't feel comfortable staying there considering the pandemic happening and they couldn't keep the room clean, they point blank said no, and just remained in silence. After finally been given another room, I waited for a key to which I returned to the building I was staying in which is a good 10 min walk away to which the key fob wasn't working. By this point, I had had enough and me and my friend had booked somewhere else as the hotel wasn't will to do anything else. Upon return to the check-in desk. I told him the fob didn't work and I would like to check out as I don't want to stay there anymore due to such poor service and cleanliness levels. He informed me that I could get a refund via Hotels.com, to which now I have requested and the hotel refuses to issue. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice apartment, awful check-inland support.
Check-in was awful - When we arrived at the address given on the booking, we found a small note on the desk saying that reception was in a different building several streets away, which was also where we were then made to stay. While the apartment we received was bigger and nice decor, it was not clean, and the kitchenware was all used and dirty. When we checked out the next day, every party leaving was making complaints as they did so.
Dream apartments has moved premises, we attempted several numbers over two hours before eventually establishing a new address. Dream apartments could have made this easier by putting a small sign with a forwarding address on their old premises and Expedia need to update their details

What apartment has reception in another street?
Reception was in another street and it was raining, I think this is unacceptable. The room was clean although noisey at times with the train station next door.

Unterkunft konnte nicht bis 19.00 Uhr ein Zimmer beshaffen. Schlechtebkommunikation.Nicht freundlich. Die hat auch erst mein gepäck verloren und danach wieder gefunden.
Unfortunately not as expected or advertised. Booked a loft which is advertised as being 377 square feet but the room was only 255 square feet including the bathroom. Advertised with 40" Television but had only a 32" one, Pictures show a sofa in the room but no sofa or even a comfy chair. Reception apologetic but said that it was definitely a loft room (334) but could not offer an alternative. No fan or desk in the room. Very noisy on Friday and Saturday night and could hear the announcement every time the lift doors opened.
Asked for double bed got two singles pushed together
No internet it wasn’t working
The noise from outside was like the windows where wide open when they was shut

Aankomst , inchecken duurde een dik uur voor we de kamer sleutel kregen.
3pm strict check-in enforced so don't try to check in early. This of course creates a queue at 3pm so a bit slow. Originally had a room with twin beds pushed together, not very comfortable so asked to move to a proper double. Room I was moved to had a very strong chemical smell so had to move again. However staff were accommodating and helpful with these problems.
I would recommend the apartments, only slight issue i had was there is no mirror in the room for when your drying your hair and the rooms were too hot for my liking

Good central location, but hotel is basic and the room wasn't serviced. Stayed two nights.
We stayed in a loft for 2 nights this Christmas. We arrived too early for check-in but the staff let us leave our luggage and go out exploring the city.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make a quick breakfast or lunch or – a stove, a microwave and dishes. The room has heating which we turned on in the afternoon and had a warm night’s sleep. The staff was very kind and useful – special thanks to Kevin who helped us with the buses timetable, brought some sugar to our room when requested and was helpful even though it was Christmas and almost nothing was working in the whole city (stores, small shops, banks, nothing). Our loft had a nice view and there are lifts to the upper floors. The bathroom was lovely. One of the times we used it, there was too much water from the shower cabin but this is not a problem. There is a fridge and a TV in the room. The best of all is the apartment’s location – everything in Liverpool was within a walking distance and we actually made the sightseeing on foot, we needed no public transport except for the day we had to leave to the airport.
