The entire vibe of the place has changed, there were renovations going on, the staff were not as friendly, and we were put in a room over the main bar so we didn’t get any sleep until it closed which we were promised it would and it didn’t. In the spa we were always offered a drinks service before but not this time. I don’t know what changed but this isn’t the same place."

"Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would."

"The hotel has good facilities which we fully used including the bar, restaurant, parking and nice gardens to walk around, the staff were all really helpful and polite. The room was a bit dated and could have done with some new furnishings but was clean and as we requested, made up daily by the housekeeping team. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk to Llanberis path, Snowdon Railway and town centre."
