"Parsa was FANTASTIC! He was extremely helpful with explaining directions, where to dine, how to get from one place to another, & attractions what to be aware of and more 😊. He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"

"Nice quaint small hotel on beautiful park. Unbelievably quiet for being right in midst of city and walkable to ships,pubs,museums . Aviary across in park added a nice peaceful touch. Room was very nice and clean except carpet really needs to be replaced - many stains and blotches. Staff was very pleasant, accommodative and helpful. "

"A lovely Victorian era hotel, the rooms are spacious, the staff are so friendly and the breakfast is amazing. Convenient to Victoria Station for the trains and the Tube. Walking distance to Westminster, Big Ben and the London Eye. We will definitely be back. "

"The property was not what it appeared to be in photos, and there was a bad odor that was helped by opening the window and blowing the fan. Toilet seat was broken and the overhead light failed to illuminate at times."

"Good service & very pleasant staff. Location is decent. Bus stop is nearby and lots of great restaurants nearby. Train station is 10-12 mins walk away. We were lucky to get a room at the ground level, as there is no elevator. I know this ahead but they will carry your luggage up for you. Room (#G-2) is long and a little narrow. Had to squeeze to get to my side of the bed. Room is clean and it would have been nice to have a small fridge or even a cooler box."

"Staff were exceptionally accomodating. Answered all of our questions about the area. Conveniently located, short walk to Pimlico Tube station and reasonable walk to Victoria station. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Westminister. Room was small, as expected in London. The coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff."

"A restaurant/tavern with rooms above it. You check in with the bartender! A breakfast was included with my room rate and the 3 main options were perfectly okay during my 3 day stay."

"When booking a small English hotel this is *exactly* what I was looking for. Little neighborhood pub on the ground floor (excellent food, BTW), quirky little hallway up the winding staircase to our room. Clean, super hot water, tea in room. I was extremely bummed to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Also easy walk from the train station!"

"Check in worked ok with instructions sent via WhatsApp. Room as per pictures although not “newly refurbished” as implied by the host. Very good location, close to Kings Cross station but the street noise was a problem and didn’t stop all night. I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first night we stayed. Kitchen facilities meant we could make breakfast but very small area to cook and dine for a family group. No washing up liquid provided. It was sufficient but we wouldn’t revisit."

"We were really impressed with the facilities offered at the Bermonds Locke. The room is well equiped for a short or longer stay and provides kitchenette, laundry mashine and even a yoga mat ! Beautiful space. The area is trendy and has a great vibe."

"The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with lots of shelves. Having a washer & dryer was very handy. Hotel was quiet. Location was close to the Tube and restaurants. There’s a cafe in the lobby where you can get excellent espresso drinks & pastries. We would stay there again. "
