Beautiful view!

This is the 2nd time staying in this condo. We absolutely love it! Waking up to the view and the sound of the ocean is amazing! Great place to unwind and relax.

Better than expected :)

Great location, comfortable bed and chairs, great pool, easy access to shopping and the beach... all in a wonderful stay. Derfinitely recommend the welcome fiesta add on by Gloria. We watched whales swim by our balcony all day every day -- would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again :)

Great anniversary trip

My husband and I went for our 20th anniversary. It was just what we needed...a small condo right on the water where we could watch the sunrise and hear the waves. It was quiet but with a nice swim up bar and casual food. When we wanted to go somewhere they were prompt and helpful with rides. Recommend for travelers looking for a quiet stay but with access to all Cabo has to offer.

Amazing Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Mar Azul. The location was perfect. Right on the ocean with a nice beach a short walk away. Within walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and just a few miles from Cabo San Lucas. The condo itself was clean, cozy and well appointed and we loved the large balcony. Highly recommend!

Great location in Cabo

Nice condo with gorgeous view of the water and sunrise. Great for watching the boats from the balcony or inside with the air conditioning. Bonus view of the Arch from the tidal pool area. Minutes from downtown Cabo, but away from the tourist action.

Everything was great. Owner must live here because anything you could ever need is provided. View is spectacular, swim up bar is great. Great location, several restaurants in walking distance. Close to downtown, just a quick Uber away. Not sure how it could have been better.

beautiful condo and view

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was very nice, view was unbeatable, and pool and bar area were nice as well. After check-in, there was no communication from the management company when we needed additional towels. Other than that, we were pleased with the value and the experience.

Ocean sound machine

We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Fabulous ocean views

We had an amazing time @Missiones, and would highly recommend booking this unit. We loved the welcome snacks and drinks and Denny was awesome in helping us get settled. We spent time on the balcony watching and listening to the waves, enjoying the spectacular view, especially when we had some rain!! We also very much enjoyed the beach and pool area including the great bar service…it was nice to have the air conditioning and we are looking forward to our return trip!!

Paradise in Cabo

It was my husbands and my first trip to Cabo.The condo was amazing and the view breathtaking.We both decided this will be our only choice whenever we return to Cabo.The location was great not too far from the attractions yet far enough from all the crowds, traffic and tourists. The community was quiet, pool was great and bar was on point. Beach access was just down stairs and beautiful.Thank you again for sharing your property with us.We absolutely loved it.

Great escape

Nice getaway with everything we needed. Property was private and secluded and a great place to escape and enjoy time with my wife. About a ten minute drive into Cabo which was a nice way to avoid the noise. We enjoyed the private beach and the pool bar was amazing with breakfast and lunch options. The local market was close and convenient. The patio was our favorite as and we were able to wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning. Kristin was awesome and arranged a dinner cruise and couples massage. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Cabo Trip

We loved this condo! It checks all our boxes for a perfect vacation spot. amazing view, swimming pool, great location, comfortables furniture. Quick affordable Uber rides to grab groceries, spend a day at the marina or go to the beach! The Mona Lisa is in walking distance. A wonderful dinner experience! It’s a must! Amazing view

We stayed at the property for 5 nights in January. The unit was clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The view is mesmerizing. Definitely sunrise from bed, and whale watching from the deck. All of the people we met, or worked with were great and had good, or good enough, English. The pool-side restaurant/bar has offerings morning-evening. You don't necessarily have to leave the complex. Of special note were their weekly Mexican and Seafood nights. These were very reasonably priced- and excellent. A very short walk takes you to a premium spot to view the arches at sunset. (Under the Sunset MonaLisa). We'd love to stay here again!

Home away from home.

Whidbey island, langley. Only 75-85 degrees F. We love the comunity here. We meet the same people from trips before, randomly, also long term owners. The property is quite, Deny makes sure we’re comfortable. Andres, Louis and Jared are always personable and happy to see us again. We don’t leave the property much, shop for supplies, cook meals for the week, just enjoy the space and the people here. Feels very much like home. This is a place we will frequent for our vitamin D for years to come.

Truly amazing property!

First time to Cabo and we lucked out on this property. The view from (mostly covered & shaded) balcony is breath taking. Two nights there were fireworks just to the left of point. Brand new front loading washer & dryer. TV mounted to watch from sofa or bed. We didn’t use pool but this unit is a 5 min walk to a beach that we had all to ourselves. Deny was great for getting us checked in & out.

Beautiful view but…..

The view is amazing but I would not rent there again. Not enough restaurant options nearby. Place is old and needs a really thorough deep clean. Bath matts are stinky, Screen front door must be from the 80’s and is rusty …doesn’t close properly. Needs new bedding too …Definitely not a first class accommodation….. the view is beautiful though for sure!!

The property is just as pictured. We did choose to stay in September. That’s one of their hot months. We live in Oklahoma and thought we could handle it. Perfection on the water

This place was perfect. As soon as we walked on the balcony we knew that we were going to spend the majority of our vacation sitting there watching the whales outside. It was so private and secluded and a great place to escape and enjoy time with my husband. Kristin was awesome and arranged a camel tour, whale watching Tour and couples massage on the balcony. Me and my husband hardly ever left the community. We met lots of amazing people by the pool and had a fantastic trip. Uber to get into town was quick & easy and having a grocery store so close, we were able to stock up on food and really didn’t go out to eat much because we were enjoying sitting on the balcony. We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful view, somewhat dated property

The property manager was great. Easy check in. The view from the unit simply amazing. The inside of the unit is well appointed. Some deferred maintenance to overall property. The pool area was nice. Small bar with appetizers. No restaurants on site. But short Uber drive away. Costco is close. Small private beach was swimmable. The entry, parking lot and guard area definitely had significant deferred maintenance. Overall amazing view but if ok with a bit dated property is a good option.

What a view! Casa Mar Azul is awesome.

This condo is now one of my favorite places I've ever visited. The view off the balcony is breath taking. You can sit out and enjoy watching the boats and ocean waves. The unit is well equipped with cooking supplies, beach gear, smart TV, and comfortable furniture. It was hot outside and the AC in the unit kept the inside a very comfortable temperature. We really enjoyed the decor of the unit, and there is a big sliding door that opens up from the bedroom into the living room so you can enjoy the ocean view from your bed if you want. The onsite pool was clean and heated, and they also have a poolside bar and restaurant. The prices for drinks and food were very reasonable. Jarrod, Louis, and Andres always took care of us at the bar. The property felt very secure, Rodrigo was nice enough to help bring our luggage and groceries to our Condo using his golf cart. If we do decide to come back to Cabo, we will be for sure checking to see if Casa Mar Azul is available.
