The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and like nothing was an issue. We stayed in room 203 which overlooked the racecourse. The sofa bed felt like there was barely a mattress on it but once you lie down it was fine. The towels were lovely and soft. It was great to have breakfast included. The location was excellent. You walk up to the top of the road and you are in the centre of town. We would definitely stay here again if in Chester.

Second visit as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and delighted we returned. The whole hotel is exceptionally efficient and the staff are extremely nice to deal with. Really like the food, the rooms, the spa, the public spaces and the external car parking. Great location that allows lots of access to the midlands - you can be so many places in 90 minutes in multiple directions from here. Next time, we intend to stay 3 nights.
