"The tv & internet didn't work. I was unable to work from the hotel. The staff wasn't helpful. Everything, including connecting with teh staff, is dependent on the wifi through the app on your phone. So I couldn't even contact the staff. No phones in the room. "

"There were construction workers on lifts right at our window, drilling into our wall, as soon as we checked in and it repeatedly happened during the week days. This made us feel like we didn’t have privacy. Additionally, the walls are very thin, and there was a blood stain on our bedding when we arrived."

"The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. Not being able to provide early chen in is understandable, but to promise a 3pm check in and not be able to provide a r"

"The staff were very friendly when I checked in and throughout my entire stay! The valet was convenient, much easier than trying to find parking elsewhere. There was no in-and-out for the valet while I was there, but it’s the city, a million things are in walking distance; so, if you don’t mind that, it really is wonderful place to stay. I’ve stayed in 4 hotels in the past two months in NY, and this one was actually my favorite! It was extremely clean as well, absolutely no problems with cleanliness during my stay! ◡̈ Will stay again, most definitely."
