The den may be purposed as an office or an additional bedroom with its queen-sized sleeper sofa. The second bathroom offers a shower/bathtub combination for those prefer to distress in a long, hot, bath. Vaulted ceilings throughout provide an open airy feeling. This condo also boasts a full-sized washer and dryer. Club Marco has a private clubhouse with full kitchen, a generous heated pool, an in-ground spa, and a tennis court. This community is located only a block from a public beach access. There is also a plaza across the street which includes a movie theatre, ice cream shop, gift and clothing shops, and a number of restaurants.

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
