NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Fantastic Rental

The view from this corner unit is positively stunning. The building was extremely well maintained and the unit quite satisfactory. The location near the Marriott and many shops and restaurants within walking distance was great. We also really enjoyed being on the southern end of the island. Would definitely rent this unit again.
