Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! "My wife and I really enjoyed our recent stay at The Lakes Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and we were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade to a room with a hot tub – a lovely touch that really made our stay feel special. The room itself was spot on – clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. We also had dinner at Mizumi, which was a real highlight. The food was excellent and full of flavour – we especially liked the sharing plates. Overall, we’d rate our stay a solid 10/10. We’ will definitely be back again in the near future. "
