Fantastic location, immaculate, friendly staff stayed for 2 nights.

Really great hotel! Personalised service on checkin, with a tour of the hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff all the time. Great extra touches like a tablet with built in wi-fi hotspot for use on the beach etc, bed was done each night, everything was done very nicely. We also had the breakfast and dinner included, which was great - very lovely restaurant on the roof with great views and very nice food. You have to book each night for dinner though (as it's a proper menu, not a buffet),...

After several years coming to Maspalomas i finally found the place to be! Nice property, large rooms, and most important: the staff! They really made me feel very welcome. Specially Edu and David! They are treasures! Thank you both for making my stay something else! Just can't wait to be back!

Initially we did not get the room we expected. It took 2 days before we were transferred to a suitable room. We felt that we were being unfairly treated. The hotel staff member at the time of arrival stated that the hotel was overbooked.This gave us the impression that we were NOT valued customers.Eventually were transferred.

Beautiful complex could not fault it in any way, maybe if I had one criticism it would be the hotel caters for a slightly older person bet that’s it food staff & grounds were all amazing.

The room is located in a semi circle of accomadation . The room was very large with two single beds . The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding ., The furniture in the room work table , double sofa with a espresso coffee machine as bonus ., The bathroom was excellent , spotless , very strong rain shower enclosure ., The resort is top quality with large pool , pool lounging area and entertainment area. We are a couple with no children it caters very well for couples with children our room was close to a room with a family ,7.30am every morning we were awoke by a crying child and then the noise of running back and forth from the child in the room obviously they were awake and full of beans!!After about 2-3 days we became immune to it so we did'nt asked to be moved.Breakfast 100% great choice from fish to donuts hot and cold foods fresh fruits bread you name it fresh coffe fruit juices they...

I spent 5 nights at the Villa Del Conde with my sister. We had a wonderful time of quiet relaxation. Staff were efficient and attentive. The rooms were extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. Our room was located near the "Quit Pool" and was perfectly situated for easy access to all amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of fruits, meats, cheeses and breads on offer. My only criticisms would be that for a hotel of this caliber one would expect WiFi to be free throughout the hotel...
