"We had a wonderful stay and the lady at reception was super sweet and gave us directions on how to get to the sights. She also printed out a bus timetable so we would know what bus to take back to the airport since times are different on the weekends. The rooms were nice and clean. We will stay there again when we come back. "

A very simple, and welcome touch. Enjoyed watching coming and going of trains into Waterloo from a height, and no issues with noise. "
