Shower to small no space to move much and head shower extremely high in the center ceiling extremely difficult to shower with out getting my hair wet. I do not wash my hair daily!

We loved the staff. All were so very polite and professional. We also ran into a problem with a flat tire. The staff were quick to help with calling for a shop to repair the tire as well as helped with translation. Can’t say enough about the great staff. Rooms were extremely clean although small were adequate and homey. Bathroom was modern and clean. Great stay.

There were 2 things they didn’t give us the TV control remote and when I was going to call front desk to ask if there was one the phone didn’t work but everything else was super great

I didn’t like the staff there especially concierge, the thing is that we asking for towels or cleaning the room and they didn’t do it they just leave it that way…

Hotel is not that old so condition is so, so. Rooms are very small, no coffe, no fridge. Walls are very tin that you can hear TV from the other room while your Tv is also on. It is very far from everything and transportation is limited even calling taxi you have to wait 1/2 hour or 1 hour and maybe call needs to be repeated to taxi. If you staying one night there it is ok. More then that is very inconviniant. There is not much to like about that place except friendly stuff at front desk

This is a good option if you don't want a high price or crowds. The rooms are relatively small, but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, though the windows only partially open. Checkin is easy, quick and the staff are nice. There is a simple restaurant here, but breakfast is usually not included. A mall and wide variety of eateries are a short walk away, and the surrounding area is still largely natural, so good for birdwatching and easy walking, without having to drive. The parking lot is spacious and safe.

For what it is, which is a great spot for a quick stop-over, it is excellent. Staff very friendly and responsive. Great breakfast as well. Location near shopping and restaurants. Wifi included. 2 thumbs up.

Isolated from everything so much so that staff needs to call you a taxi or else you won’t find transportation. Small rooms. No mini fridge, no coffee maker, no iron. Instead of soap, shampoo and body wash they offer a soap dispenser in the shower. Will often forget to replace toilet paper. Mattress was terrible, literally just a mattress topper on top of box spring. The phone was disconnected and staff did not fix it during our entire a stay even after the issue was brought up.

Visited Mazatlan during the month of August (rainy season) due to an ailing family member. Drive from airport to hotel was long, estimate 30 minutes. Drive to the Marina area is at least five minutes but Uber is readily available. The hotel has a very modern look. The rooms are small but comfortable. Shower area did not include bars of soap or hand towels for washing. A body wash liquid dispenser was the only available option. The hotel has a tiny bar area which was nice for late nights and stop selling alcohol at 10:30 PM. The on-site small restaurant offers a breakfast buffet offering standard fruits dry cereal juice and coffee. The hot foods was average at best. There is a Walmart two blocks away from the hotel. There is a large shopping mall across the street. The hotel was very reasonably priced booking through Expedia. I extended my stay and it was more expensive to directly book with the hotel. Would I stay there again? Wouldn’t be my first choice if I was visiting for leisure, I think I would choose to stay at one of the hotels near the beach or closer to the marina area.
