We have basic and more than sufficiente tools in the kitchen, to cook. We have a water heater that start when you turn on the water, simply needs to let the water run couple of minutes, asking us is always the best solution.Best

Hello thank you for your review.Our apartments are in the Arte Deco District, meaning these are historic buildings in the City of Miami Beach .However inside all our apartments are completely renewed with full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and all the amenities. We have excellent reviews and dedicated customer service, in fact you forgot to mention that we gave you a free late check out until 6 pm.My very Best

Good Morning,thank you for your review.The unit number 9 in which you stay is exactly published on Expedia Web Page, kindly read what you book.Our beds are futons, so the boxspring site on the floor, it is the way our furniture are.We are in South Beach, Ocean drive and Lincoln Road are 10 minutes walking distance.During you stay it was un unexpected cold, I see that you put the AC on hot fun, that was probably the smell you were feeling, in Florida we never use heater, when that happen the AC unit may blow a different smell.For the parking you called me asking if you could park inside and I reply of course and a fee of 10 per day would have been charged.But you have preferred to park on our street spot for free, maybe the fee it was not in your budget.Thank you Best

We also have two high speed internet connection. The bed is a futon bed and doesn't have frame on that, please make your research to see the difference with a standard framed bed.The floor in the living room is natural travertine with natural imperfections. With the AC and hot water just ask us it is very simple, the AC was turned in fan position not cold, and the tap of the hot water was in the wrong potion as well. Maybe on your next trip simply relax and ask the hotel staff if you need help, your vacation would be beautiful.Best Roberto

Hello thank you for review.The unit has not mold, we clean every month filters and coil. Wifi allows to have normal streaming.We do not enter in the unit while occupied and we couldn't change the light bulb for this reason.The Tv has basic channels has explained in the Expedia web page, but it can be connected to internet to use Netflix and other applications.Also as you know you miss to pay our parking fee, so before put inaccurate reviews pay your bill.Best

Dear William thank you for your review which allow us to improve.First of all the way you talk it is very rude, but you are not going to get the same in exchange.First you called me with a bad attitude telling me we are here! I explained to you that per our check in procedure we email the access codes, but you said you didn't received, very weird.We have excellent reviews during the past 10 years, so what you are saying it doesn't reflect that.We sanitize all our apartment with bleach and ozone fumigation at every check out, we provide toiletries and clean towels. And to be honest, I need to add that you text me with again a rude message telling me that you were leaving after 4 hours you have used the bedroom (lipstick on that) and bathroom. This is not a (by hours motel), so I, really invite you to don't come here, you are not welcome.My very best
