The elevator didn't work and we have bad knees and backs. It was very hard for us to get our luggage up and down, soda machine took our money and didn't give us a drink, there were no lights in the kitchen area, the bar/restaurant on site we closed and under construction, nowhere to hand or put anything in the bathroom, no toilet cover & seat was ready to fall off, ran out of toilet paper, was only given 1 wash cloth,1 hand towel, & no towel for the floor by the shower, walls & doors were dirty, no personnel on site (only maids that didn't speak English, had to go out & get our own toilet paper, toilet kept breaking & wouldn't flush so we had to keep fixing it, hot water would come and go. We were also told that our room had a balcony but there wasn't one or even a window that opened. The list goes on. Not happy and feel we should get some kind of reimbursement. I did contact them the day we got there letting them know all of this. This got back to me the following evening and only brought us more bath linens.
