The rooms were excellent. Very clean and well-decorated. We had an enjoyable stay. However the staff could use a little work. We were never greeted or acknowledged at all.

Great stay. Close to beach and really everything else. Wonderful artisan coffee shop across the street. Definitely try Mega Pizza around the block.

The front desk was awesome the main front desk lady and guy and including the lady manager and tour guide juda I forgot the names but they are the mains who are there everyday ! I love staying and being welcomed by them they made my stay my visit excellent!!

The front desk agent the guy that usually there is so wondering I think his name is lorenzo I forgot but he the one that’s usually there everyday I love his customer service plus with the tour guide they make the ultimate team !!

The checking in process and getting an access code via email is the main thing which lets this place down. I spent a week at sea and was unable to contact the property 24 hours before check-in. On the day of arrival it was impossible to get in touch with the property and this caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. I was about to book another room elsewhere but then took an Uber to check the place out in the hope that someone would let me in. As it turned out there was a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Argentinian) who saved the day. She managed to help me getting the right form to get the access code for the door lock and from then on, things looked up. The room is basic but has a good size table which I found useful as I had to do some work on the laptop. I was given a beach towel too, which came in handy. The surrounding area is great. In the middle of the beautiful Art Deco area, in the heart of all the action. The beach is one block away and there are plenty of good restaurants. I am glad I made my way as I almost had lost hope. This was a needless stress and could have been avoided. I use Expedia a lot and never have I experienced such a cumbersome check-in process. This needs some improvement. Judging from all the comments, this is a common theme. The lobby is comfortable and looks nice and retro. They organise trips too and that's useful too.

I had a reservation. Day of arrival, I received numerous text messages asking me to fill out an arrival form. I was unsuccessful in numerous attempts to complete the form. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm, there was no one in attendance. The front door required a code to enter. we were forced to find another hotel.

This was a perfect location with lots of choices for food and a close beach with amazing local culture. The room was amazing. There is no elevator, so carrying our luggage was an adventure in heels!

I stood Feb 7th-11th. The properties lobby area was super cute. Quiet, no noisey neighbors making disturbance/disruptions at the crack of dawn… Tour guy - Juda on point with prices! (He works behind the front desk in the hotels lobby) The door handle to the room I stood in was loose and seemed like it was ready to fall out (they should be tighten TBH) but their automatic locks on the door made me feel safe. My 2 complaints are I followed the google document’s as far as being able to request housekeeping/room service on the 3rd day of my stay. Communication was great (you may text the # they text you from) BUT when they put down my request, I NEVER received my fresh towels during the duration of my stay nor did the maids ever do any housekeeping. My 2nd complaint is that you as the guest DO NOT have access to the A/C unit as it is outside of the rooms located in the hallway (I stood on the first floor) the temperature is set at 72 degrees which my room got super hot and muggy so everyday I had to reach out to the maintenance so the temperature could be adjusted. Otherwise my stay with Nine20 Collins was great! •Laundry and Kitchen area located in basement •Utensils, bowls, plates, cups are provided in the room(s) •The property-per their google documents does ask that you discard of your own trash (by exit doors at end of hallways) •2 beach towels come with your stay

check in was slow we waited about a 1/2 an hour for somebody to come to give us the code. They had Central air conditioning, which was too cold at night, and too warm during the day. We couldn't control it from the room . In addition, there was no blanket only a sheet to cover ourselves at night. Constantly walking outside the room at Saturday night. But location was very good.
