Hello Muthukumar. It's nice to know that you liked our amazing location, in the heart of South Beach, with the famous Ocean Drive just one block away. However, we are disappointed to learn that you did not have a better overall stay. Our hostel has an open concept, so the beds are in one area. We would not be operational if we did not have safety measures in place. Our housekeeping staff cleans the common areas regularly, but please keep in mind that each guest is on their own schedule, so the frequency of guests outweigh the frequency in which we can address these areas throughout the day. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We appreciate all feedback.
