The door at the top of the stairs from the first to the second floor can be closed to add tranquility and ensure privacy. Additionally, a gate at the bottom of the stairs to the third floor provides added peace of mind, preventing your pet from wandering to the third floor. Refund Policy:
Under 15 nights: 100% refund (minus 3.2% processing fee) if canceled 31+ days before check-in.
30 nights or more: No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Rental Agreement
To ensure your booking, you must sign a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking the home. If the agreement is not signed within 24 hours, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not receive your check-in information. Please email us if you have not received the rental agreement.
Age & Responsibility Requirements
Renters must be 25 years of age or older
Golf Cart Use: Drivers must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Responsibility for Damages: Guests are liable for any damages to the golf cart and the home during their stay.
Quiet Hours Policy
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Pet Policy
We love pets! Up to 2 dogs (30 lbs max each) are welcome. Pet fees apply. Please supervise your pets and keep them on the first floor when not home. The dog(s) must not go on the 3rd floor. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean, pet-friendly environment for all guests. HOA fines when you do not clean up after your pet when walking him outside; you are responsible for the penalties given. You are responsible for all the damage your dog does when at home.
Holiday Policy
We honor our hardworking housekeepers by giving them Christmas and Easter off. Please note:
If we have a check-out on T Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas, there will be no check-ins on those holidays. If you have special requests for these dates, don't hesitate to contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.
Check-outs on these holidays are allowed.
