"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, quiet and clean. "Just an amazing hotel. Very retro/industrial vibe to the hotel and rooms. The room was absolutely huge with a steel plated drinks bar. The bathroom was immense and the rain forest shower was to die for. Let’s be honest, there are cheaper hotels but this hotel is not that much more than a “main stream hotel” with its bog standard corporate rooms and delivers so much more in terms of atmosphere, relaxation and being pampered. Would stay again at a drop of a hat. Just do it and spoil yourself. Make a memory for the “memory rucksack of life” and don’t think about the cost as no pockets in a shroud…. "
