"Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious. Parking was a little difficult as it was busy, and there are no plug sockets by the bed, just USB connections. Other than that, it was a great stay. "

"Everything about this hotel was great. The staff who welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and advice about where to go and eat. To the beautiful room, lovely and spacious and very clean. A bath and walk-in shower both spotless and powerful. The breakfast was lovely (heated plates a nice touch), only niggle was that it was a limited range of breakfast items out, however being able to order pretty much any breakfast item, cooked fresh was a treat; my poached egg and oak smoked haddock was delicious. We did come for the spa and it didn’t disappoint. It was great putting on your robe in your room and waking down one flight to find yourself in the spa! Plan to return!"

"Very smooth check in. Professional and courteous staff. Bar and restaurant were modern and the servers fabulous. I especially thought the staff highly organized and professional when a plane load of customers arrived after a cancelled flight. The staff processed these passengers quickly and the restaurant provided a buffet for them. This resulted in the restaurant being closed to other customers until 7 pm. This had minimal impact on me and my travel companion. We watched the process while enjoying cocktails at the bar. The room was spacious enough for my needs and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was relatively small but functional and I was impressed with the very plush and large bath towels. The shower area was self contained. I do not like wet rooms where the shower drains into the bathroom area. "
