"The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! "

"Couldn't check in as there were no staff there. The hotel was locked up and all the lights were off. It looked abandoned and there was rubbish strewn everywhere. Other guests came and could not get in or find any staff so had to leave, as we did, and find alternate accommodation!! "
