"We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June ~ hotel is located within a walk to Royal Mile and is located on a quiet street. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again."

"Good location for exploring Edinburgh. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
Apartment was very nice. Only complaint was the bed which wasn't very comfortable. Mattress could use replacing."

Holiday Inn Express - Edinburgh City Centre by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Clean comfortable hotel, well placed for local attractions. The check-in staff are very pleasant and helpful. They do not serve meals, apart from breakfast, but there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces and the nearby multi-storey car park is VERY expensive."
"All the receptionists are very nice and helpful. Location is amazing, very close to Carlton Hill. They let me borrow an umbrella. Apex never disappoints. "
"Perfect, central location for a stay in Edinburgh! Easy walking distance from where the bus from the airport drops you at Waverley Bridge. Directly across from Waverley Station if you are doing any train travel. We were able to walk to all the attractions from Dean Village, The Royal Mile, to beyond Edinburgh Castle. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly. Plenty of restaurants close by. If ever back in Edinburgh, would definitely stay again!"
