"Beautiful room, lovely & clean. Bathroom had a great big walk in shower. Bathrobes and slippers a lovely touch.
Staff were lovely specially young James on the bar down stairs.
The cooked breakfast was lovely, big portions.

"Great room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Hotel was totally dog friendly for our Labrador. The staff are excellent all round and made us super welcome. Breakfast was 10/10, I just can’t fault it. Oh and it’s a great location, ten min ish walk to the station (if you go the right way and avoid the steps!) "

"Location is amazing- straight onto Royal Mile and just up from the station. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I specifically asked for a room with a bath beforehand and they obliged. Bags, which we left earlier to go around Edinburgh were brought up to our room for us. Room was lovely. We had a few drinks and some food from Herbie Mores. Food was lovely and staff were very polite. Overall a wonderful stay. "
