Enjoy the incredible roof top pool with incredible views. There are countless restaurants, stores and shops within 1 mile of the condo and just 8 blocks up the road to all the night life at the Mercato! PLEASE NOTE: Major construction of the Ritz Carlton Residences is currently on going nearby during working hours. Majority of heavy construction already completed. Completion of the neighboring Ritz Carlton Residences has been announced to be complete and occupied early 2026. It will be beautiful!! Have lowered prices through completion due to this. Great deal for a great location!!
