We walked into our room to find the room infested with roaches....walked right out and found another hotel. The gentlemen at the front desk said he would refund our money and now they refuse to give us a refund. Expedia will not take responsibility either and refund our money. Expedia service is to provide hotels that are clean and satanized to have a comfortable stay. That was not the case here and neither want to be held accountable. Last time I use either service.
Nothing special, if anything he was missing a few basic things. No shampoo in the shower, no tissue box next to the beds and no closet; had an open space to hang your clothes from. Weird. Had to ask to be moved to a different room due to a strong smell of chemicals (cleaning stuff probably) and the AC was very loud. All in all a very basic experience.

The property is extremely clean; it exceeds my expectations. The laundry room is clean and has up to date washers and dryer and it’s not expensive to wash. The Front Desk clerk was very nice. I should have stayed here sooner.
Room covered in roaches! Front desk staff were nonchalant about it and never apologized! Avoid this place at all costs! You are better off sleeping in your car !!!!

Super convenient for our stay at a sports event .... The staff was courteous and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a full size frig, stove and microwave though we only stayed one day . Down size was no coffee available only tea and the snack machine wasn't working. No ice maker on property which was fine because there was a gas station close by

Better upkeep on the room floors needs to be better; you can definitely tell the hotel allows pets. I travel often for work so this was my 2nd time booking at this location. The first time staying I was put on the 3rd floor & it had a strong pet odor soon as you stepped off the elevator. My allergies were acting up the whole stay. I figured my 2nd stay this go round might have been different if I asked to be on any floor other that the 3rd & it was the same experience except this time I noticed a small roach in the bathroom so I only brought up what I needed in a plastic bag. Bedding sheets is very thin & stained with something yellow so I actually just slept on top of them & went out & purchased my own thick blanket. I’m disappointed in the quality of the hotel’s upkeep because the location is in the perfect area near restaurant & shopping centers like grocery stores etc. Night time it feels unsafe & suspect outside & I noticed a lot of the guest that stayed there were workers that does some sort of construction or landscaping. Few very sketchy looking people that you could clearly tell were on some sort of drugs. Recommend any guest that stay to make it a short stay of 1 night if unable to really afford something better & to park near front of office if feeling unsafe. I would definitely book to stay at WoodSpring again I would just check out another location.

Finding 2 friends on your bed
The elevator was not working, the lamp in the room was rusting out. There was some mold in the shower. I had to fix the toilet chain in tank. By morning I found 2 roaches on my bed frame. Sorry but for a hotel that is only 5 years old shouldn't be in this type of condition. One more thing, it was hard to sleep with some of the noise coming from other rooms.

This is the first and only time that we have ever stayed at a hotel that was infested with cockroaches. We were totally grossed out and immediately went to the front desk. The receptionist was apologetic and gave us a new room. It was uncomfortable sleeping there after seeing cockroaches in another room. I couldn’t believe the number of cockroaches that we saw in the first room we were given! It was horrible.
