Cozy Tropical Beachside getaway for 6 People

Since this home is built on top of the beach dune, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is situated only steps away from the beach with no major roads to cross. This is great for families with small children for groups of friends up to 8 people. It is equipped with a full kitchen, and laundry area. The 3rd bedroom is a den/game-room that converts to a private bedroom with 2 twin beds. You have a furnished, private, outdoor, covered porch. There is a gas BBQ grill. Up to 4 cars can use the off street parking on the Atlantic Ave side of the house. The villa has central air-conditioning and heat with ceiling fans throughout the villa. An outdoor hot water shower is available to rinse off the salt and sand before entering the villa from the beach. Many restaurants are located near the location. Grocery store and drugstore are 1/2 mile away. Rentals are available nearby for kayaks, paddle boards, surf boards, street approved Golf carts, bicycles, fishing charters, etc. This property is close to everything!
