COASTAL ELEGANCE ON THE BEACH DUNE - 70 STEPS TO THE BEACH ACCESS

This spacious upstairs villa has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. This property is situated on top of the beach dune only steps away from the beach. There are no major streets to cross. Hill St is a single lane one way beach sand road on the of the dune. Therefore, there is no parking on Hill street. You can nose straight into our house about 3 cars on the Hill Street side with additional parking on our Atlantic Ave side. There is an outdoor hot water shower on the N.E. corner of the house to rinse off the salt and sand before coming in the home. Take I-95 Exit 249 east 6.3 miles to the beach house. Easy access to everywhere. Grocery store, drug store and restaurants are 1/2 mile away. You can also rent street approved golf carts, surf boards, kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, and charter fishing; all are near by. The convenience of our location is that Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, and Orlando are all about 1 hour drive.
