Luxurious floating condo !!! very private with great river views

Grocery store one minute drive ,restaurants three minute drive We really enjoy this quiet location total relaxation !!!!!!! top deck for sunbathing with great views watching the other boats come and go ..You may also see the occasional dolphin or manatee swim by maybe even an alligator .LOL!!!!!! Full kitchen, full-size fridge regular electric stove. It really is a floating condo only better because if you want to talk about waterfront, fish off the front deck of the boat if you want to. Great views, while having your morning coffee on the front deck. we truly do enjoy seeing other people. Enjoy it as much as we do. please feel free to ask any questions that you have

My husband and I just spent a lovely week staying on this houseboat. We always try to do something different and exciting every year to celebrate our Anniversary. Well, this was our best one yet. When you meet the owner, you feel like you have known him your whole life as a truly great friend. The accommodations and location in the Yacht Basin were beyond my expectations. The weather for our stay was humid and rainy, but it honestly did not interfere with our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a great time on this houseboat. Its location is outstanding and within walking distance to downtown and restaurants and shops. Our host couldn't have been nicer making sure we always had what we need. We will definitely book again for next year

My husband and I spent 5 days on the Floating Condo in October 2014. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our host was gracious and made sure we knew he was available if we wanted anything. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time there.
