"Excellent staff, hotel facilities and room. Fabulous view from room 273. Very good food in the bar. Spa was very good, but restrictions on times of use for guests could be an issue for some. Highly recommended."

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy. Even though it was already the end of August, the room still felt quite warm and poorly ventilated. At night, there was also quite a lot of noise coming from the hotel kitchen downstairs, which was quite disturbing. Apart from these points, the staff were all very nice and friendly."
