We had the best 5 night stay here, the staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were excellent. I really appreciated the two free glasses of Prosecco on the rooftop bar to get settled in. The location is very central and easy walking distance to all the main sites. And in August heat, the air conditioning was much appreciated. The only downside was the building next door is under going construction which you could hear throughout the day but we were mostly out exploring so it didn’t...

Doreen and all of the staff are the best!! We arrived on June 21st after being awake all night with two young boys, they had our room ready by 11:00 AM. They were accommodating, very clean, extremely kid-friendly, and understanding of unique large families and their special quirks. We then left on the 23rd for a cruise and when we came back we had originally booked the Mecure hotel because we wanted the boys to have a pool in the afternoon.
