Make sure to use the proper equipment when walking/taking furry friend outside. We provide P-Pads and P-bags in the closet next to kitchen.

Trash: Bag trash in provided 13+ gallon bags (under sink) before placing in the dumpster located outside of the condo in the parking lot. $75 fee for non-compliance.
