Orlando visit

There were a lot of issues with the property - broken furniture, broken glass at the patio door and mold growing through the vents on the second floor. Missing key card to enter gym and pool. We tried contacting host multiple times via app, via phone, left voice messages- no response, just times automated messages. We moved out earlier than the due date.

We were very disturbed when we walked in and found the sliding glass door shattered. I texted him right away and he stated he knew and was trying to to find someone to fix it this would have been nice to know before we got there. Could not find the remote for the tv so I had to buy one. We could not find the key card for the club house , exercise room and swimming pool. I text him, called and texted again with no response. I just feel if you are going to rent out your place, you should take care of the people you are renting to. The condo was very nice and comfortable. said
