Fantastic location in cul-de-sac yet close to parks & 300 restraunts my wife and i spent 10 years before we found the right location and when we did we bought it ,sitting by my pool you wont hear a car, yet drive 1000yards and 192 awaits you and all food shops and only 10-15 mins from disney 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 wifi cable stereo etc etc

A+ Host

Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to the hurricane and evaluations. The house is in a great area and the Disney parks are a stones throw away. Colin is an amazing host and we look forward to returning soon!

Great Location

This location is right smack in the middle of everything fun to do! And conveniently located near shopping, food, grocery, you name it. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm, the home had everything we needed. The neighbors were so sweet. Fun was had by all.

It was a perfect location and house

We gave the kids the gift of Universal for Christmas. This house was perfectly located. The pool was heated. The house was clean and the perfect size. We had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again!

Lovely stay!

The house was just as shown. The location is great- very close to the Disney parks, but in a somewhat residential neighborhood. It was the best of both worlds! The pool was absolutely the best during lunch breaks and in the evening. We would love to go back some time!

GREAT PROPERTY

WE LOVED OUR STAY, HOUSE WAS PERFECT, NICE POOL QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSE BY. COMMUTE TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS WAS EASY. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

10 minutes from Disney

Great spot 10 - 15 minutes from any Disney park. Close to lots of shops and restaurants with a Walmart Supercenter close by. Plenty of room and clean. Has all the amenities you would want for a holiday getaway.

Perfect location. Close to everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools. Microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, adorable pool in an inclosed screen room. Parking for 2 cars and street parking. Very clear instructions on home care.

Decent, but needs a deep clean and repair

This home was overall decent however the cleanliness was an issuein a decent neighbourhood. We are walkers and were able to find a decent (but not great) walk route. The neighbourhood tennis court was locked and owner was not able to get in, so we had to drive to play pickleball 15 min away). he pool could be so much better if owner arranged for a deep cleaning to be done, doors, walls, floors and curtains (an inch of dust sat on top of them)

Good and Clean

We stayed at the residence the week before Christmas to do a Disney Christmas. The house is a 15-20 minute drive to any of the Disney parks, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Its a perfect location. When we arrived at the house we found it to be very clean and smelled fresh and clean as well. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay. We had a minor issue in one of the bedrooms but Mr. Graham was awesome and very responsive! Mr. Graham allowed us to bring our 4 legged family members which was a big plus to me, as one needs medication daily. We plan on visiting Kissimmee more frequently and we would like stay at this property again.

17 night vacation stay

Great location . Avoid traffic at rush hours, otherwise easy to get to nearby attractions, like WDW, Universal, outlet malls. Many restaurants within 15 minute or less drive. Near 2-3 Walmarts. Had initial problem with cable tv and thermostat. Myra, the property manager solved all that within a day!! Thank you Myra! Need to fix— sliding glass door did not latch, but the piece of wood laid in the track to keep door from sliding. The three outside screen doors need a lock on them. The home was furnished with all the kitchen tools you would need, there was extra bedding if needed. We would stay there again!!

Perfect Location for Parks

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home! The pictures in the listing are spot on, the pool is a decent size, and the drive to Disney is only 15 minutes. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms and showers worked, and I thought the home was beautiful. (I kind of like the 90’s Golden Girls vibe.) The location is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and I felt right at home! I believe the owners hired a new cleaning company because I have ZERO complains about cleanliness, and I’m a picky homeowner and housekeeper. The house is not new or updated. We were disappointed with the kitchen (fridge needed to be serviced as it wasn’t working, hot water in kitchen was super tricky to get to work) but in the end everything worked and we were able to cook as needed. The agency was fast to respond via text and the repair man was professional and friendly—wonderful to work with! I wanted a house to crash at after days in the parks, and this fit our needs perfectly. No regrets about booking this home!
