Overall quality is good! Friendly staff from cleaning staff to general manager! Everyone said hello and talked to make sure you are happy. Rooms are in good conditions. Located near Disney and has shuttle service too!

Reserved a king suite with foldout sofa bed. When I arrived, they had relocated me to the Marriott next door, same accommodation but the room layout was different and the sofa bed when opened was up against the king bed and you could not get around to the other side. I ask for another room and they relocated to room with 2 queen beds which was acceptable

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter to visit the Magic Kingdom for her birthday and the experience was phenomenal, amazing and very friendly staff. Hamza checked us in and gave us a room with a view to watch the fireworks. Would definitely come back here to stay.

Pool is big and clean. Room is spacious but the carpet had some heavy red stain. The breakfast area is clean and roomy but the food selection is the same for the 4 days we were there. The free shuttle to the Disney resorts was nice.

We loved the extensive breakfast buffet and the glorious pool! Also great to be right across the street from so many stores. Sidewalks made running outside safe and comfortable, too!

This place was awesome! Everyone was so nice and polite. The pool was so clean and warm 😍 Towels everywhere ready to use! . The Breakfast seeved since early morning with lots of options to choose and the food was delicious! I will definitely comeback next year! Thank you for making my trip even more wonderful. It's convenient location , the staff is extremely nice. But it's is an outdated hotel. Bathrooms shower door has rust, walls need paint, if the AC isn't on high there is. Funky smell..the breakfast is ok. Again it's a great location great staff but other than that it's a okay property.

Would have loved to give this hotel a 4 out of 5 but can’t due to one single problem. The deadbolt lock on the door to my room didn’t work. I went to the front desk on 3 different occasions to inform them of the problem and it still didn’t get fixed. If a guest has a problem and speaks to the front desk 3 times and nothing is done, you can pretty much guarantee they don’t care! Other than a non-working deadbolt lock. Everything else was very nice. The breakfast area is crowded all the time and the breakfast gets a little boring after two mornings. The room was clean and the outdoor areas were nice. The location was good.

We have been going here for years. The location can’t be beat. It’s an 8 min drive to Orange County National Golf Center, 15 min to Magic Kingdom, 28 min to Universal. Across the street, walking distance is Target, Walgreens, 5 Guys, and several other brand new dine in options or drive thru. The reason I love it, as a parent, is the area is quiet, safe and super easy to park at the hotel. No extra resort fees, no extra parking fees. Free shuttle available to Disney. Included breakfast was the average. The staff are helpful and super friendly. Pool, 24 hr gym, hot tub, all great. The one thing I did notice during our last visit March 25, 2024, is the overall condition of the hotel. It could use a small facelift. The carpets down the hallways are a little stained, the couch in our room looked worn and the tiles in our bathroom had lifted around the shower and some were actually loose. The pull out couch was super uncomfortable - the mattress is thin and you can feel all the springs - my son just ended up putting sheets on the actual couch. As well, half the towels at the pool are frayed and different shades because of being washed so often.
