The property was quite and clean very spacious. It's going through remodeling and the new image works. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. Keep up the good work to does pay off.

Property was pretty good. Only thing was door to room didn’t really close all the way tightly. Other than that was a good stay. Would stay there agin when back in Florida in April.

It was clean stayed about a month but checked out three days early got the run around about my refund then was told they wasnt going to refund me anything very disappointed i never not once the whole time staying there got service left the room clean after me checking out and still gave me a hassle about my regund so i lost out on 3 nights stay would not recommend 💔

This is by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Let me start off by saying I’m not sure how it’s even possible for this property to receive any good reviews. I arrived at night so in order to be checked in I had to wait for someone to come and open the office and do all of the formal Paperwork. Tired after a full day of traveling I walked into the room it was a horrible odor once I turned on the light I seen a roach crawling across the floor. I was immediately upset tried calling the desk with no response and I seen that they’re not upon until the morning. After taking a shower I checked the sheets to make sure there weren’t anymore surprises but there was a hotel with no bed liner ewww. Just straight mattress. I felt like I can tuff it out until the morning but I couldn’t because this place not only had roaches but also had bed bugs. Spent the night in the car. 7:30 came still no response from the staff and the lobby was still closed. I waited until about 9:30 because I paid for tickets to Disney and still no one was there. If you’re considering staying here please don’t this place is disquieting and a nightmare.

Staff Elsa was great. Kind, accomodating. Room was nice and cold, clean (except couch) please throw it away very dirty room 116 by pool. Walls are paper thin you can hear everyone in next rooms. Other than that, if you just need a place a to crash you'll be ok. Pool looks new nice. I give it a 5 out of 10. If they throw away that couch I would stay again. Good price

Worst experience!!!
I had a reservation for two nights and this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The night we arrived we had to call a number so that they would give us the key to our room. They had to change our room because first, it was open and second, it smelled too much of weed. The second night I preferred to travel after a long day in the parks since the new room they gave us smelled strongly of cigarettes. They give you a phone number where they will answer if you need something but they never answer. Worst experience!!!

We checked in early & appreciated that. However when we went to our room we were not happy... The door seemed unsecure. It locked but was not a snug fit. Like had been broken in before... The beds didn't have blankets. Just doubled up sheets. Very thin. Wouldn't keep you warm. One of the beds had a piece of what I guess was the metal frame sticking out about 2 inches. A hazard I would have cut myself on. We left to head to our outing. Then decided we didn't feel safe staying there so we did not return.
