With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, this home offers the ideal setting for a memorable vacation. Enjoy easy access to the sand and surf, sitting 1/2 a block from the beach offering contemporary updates for both comfort and style. The house is fully equipped with a swing set, bikes, and a variety of games, providing endless fun for the whole family during your stay.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Guests have access to 2 easily accessible parking spaces (but could fit 3 compact cars). It is imperative that guests do not park in the road, nor can they block access to the last house on 5th street.

Other details to note:

Please dispose of all trash bags in the outside garbage can. Garbage pick-up occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays. We appreciate your help in taking the bin to the street on Monday and Thursday evenings and returning it to the house after the garbage service is complete.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
