Spread out over two levels, this darling vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a cozy, sunlit living area with a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and French Door access out to a furnished balcony that overlooks the shared pool in the courtyard.

What's nearby:
Stroll across the road and hit the beach via Public Beach Access 12 (right at the end of Crescent Drive). Head a couple miles east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where you can explore the pier or take a shuttle boat tour. Hop on the ferry over to Shell Island, accessible only by boat. While the Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals, just three miles from your door.

There were a few little things that were not impressive about this place. The place needs a major upgrade. The walls are dirty and stained. The main tv in the living room only works if you play it through your iPhone. Only one of the sinks in the master bathroom drains well. To top it all off, our neighbor was smoking at this non-smoking property.

The property was great..Didn't have a TV in but 1 of the 3 bedrooms....Everything else was ok..
