This beautiful beachfront condo located on the 21st floor of Tower I at the Majestic Beach Resort has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a semi-private alcove that contains a bunk bed.

The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar has a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Dining table with seating for 4.
Dishwasher soap, dish liquid and paper towels are provided.

A washer/dryer combo is located in the condo hallway. Laundry soap/fabric softener sheets provided.

The unit has two bathrooms, the master bath has a jetted tub/shower combo and the other has a walk-in shower. Hair dryer and bath soap are provided.

The living room features a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Roku with cable and streaming capability. The master bedroom has a TV receiving cable and a DVD player.

The 16' balcony offers seating for eating, enjoying a beverage or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean breeze.
The 650 feet of beach frontage at the Majestic Beach Tower Resort is accessible from 3 boardwalks. Beach vendor rents lounge type chairs.
The condo is provided with beach towels, small cooler, beach wagon, umbrella and folding chairs for beach use.

The room and view was great! Very clean, and stocked for what is needed for a week away from home. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was easy too. Super nice property, convenient to services and restaurants, but fairly quiet area. The room and hotel amenities are very nice. Great communication with property manager as well. The beach wagon was not functional and when I pointed it out to the property manager, a new one arrived by the next morning without question. Communication was good and the view was great. Will definitely be back.

Cheryl is an amazing host! The condo was perfect for our little family and the extras made the stay so easy because we literally had everything we needed right in the condo! Cheryls "Home Away From Home" was super clean and well equipped for for longer stays. Absolutely beautifully decorated including nice touches: newer balcony furniture, collection of beach towels, kids toys, wagon, beach stuff, pots, pans, kitchen implements and even an umbrella by the front door. This is located right on the Beach. The waves crash right in front of you and you can see for miles. Love the location. Good bed. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Movie theater with free movies and pristine sand beaches. Perfect!

Lots of space for the four of us to have a place to stretch out. Was surprised to find beach chairs and a cart to wheel things to the beach. Safe area, well monitored parking garage. Did have a few issues with the elevator and lots of road noise, but this is not an issue with the lister. Would recommend to others!

This condo was fantastic for our first family beach trip. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed the location in regards to shopping and eating. Elevators were a bit slow, but that was expected considering we were there during a holiday week. The room was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. This was a last minute trip. The ease of finding something and the awesome communication with the host made this much needed trip the best experience ever. The only problem i had was at the beginning. It kept saying it would not accept my credit card and I kept trying and trying. I called VRBO and they said it actually went through the first time. The room was immaculate. I was not prepared for the host to have everything I needed. This was spectacular and I will remember for the future.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. We had an issue with the water going out in the entire resort and Cheryl came up to the condo to make sure we were good and gave us a few tips to survive it. :) She paid attention to every detail from soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent, fabric softeners, and towels to everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn't have to worry about anything but relaxing! We will stay in this condo again in the near future. I highly recommend this condo!

This was a very nice,clean, fun, and friendly environment! Although we did struggle waiting over 30 minutes to an hour on the elevator do to one elevator being broke down! The check in was a pain because you had to go to your room get your garage pass then give your license up to get a cart to hall all your stuff in. Then take the cart back to get your license. There was a lot of stuff to do and fun to be had though!

Absolutely perfect! Never met the owners but had immediate response to any question. Code was sent when condo was ready. I forgot to pack make up remover, and it was in the bathroom...what a nice touch. Condo was immaculate, super quiet, had a beautiful view, and it was the perfect place for us to relax after our daughter's wedding. 😊

The host and condo were amazing. My issue was the staff and policies at the resort. I come on vacation yo telax not be hounded every 10 to 15 minutes from multiple security staff to see my wrist band or tell me i cant enjoy my adult beverage at the pool. Theres a pool bar with tables outside however you cant sit at the tables unless ordering from the wsitess for an actual meal or extended sit down. You cant sit on the pool edge or be in the pool with a drink which this is the first beach resort ive stayed at with these rules. They tell you at check in you dont gave to wrar your band just have it with you but security hounds the crap out of guests non stop. You dont feel relaxed at all here with the constant watching and hounding you. Several guests we met had the same complaint and wont be staying here again. We couldnt even pull the slingshot car we rented on the propertys front entrance loading and unloading zone to pick up the kids. You have to parkdown the street at a special parking zone if you rent a golf cart or slingshot. Absoluteky ridiculous!!

Cheryl is wonderful to work with. She kept in touch from the beginning. She replied quickly to my questions. She texted us the codes to enter the condo, and how parking worked. We arrived and went to the 3rd floor unloading area. unloaded onto the cart provided, went across the air conditioned catwalk to our unit. unloaded, took the cart back, and were in the sand within 40 minutes. The views are incredible. We had every meal but one on our patio. We could see manta rays, and dolphins in the mornings and evenings. She provided everything to make our stay easy and stress free. Blender, Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. Stacking washer and dryer was a great thing, used it every day. From the towels, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the beach cart and cooler. Shower head was great. It was just us two, so we used the spare bed in the hallway to put our luggage and clothes. Nice TV, excellent cooling system kept the condo nice and cool for when we needed a break from the heat of the beach. There was even a fan, which was great since we forgot ours, and my husband likes the white noise to sleep by. Bed was super comfy. 14th floor was perfect for enjoying the sunset, people watching, and listening to and watching the waves, sea creatures, and parasailers going by. On our last day the military probably did 6 flyovers, which was awesome. Beach was clean, people were friendly. Although we do recommend getting down there early to get your chairs and umbrella (provided-Thanks Cheryl!!!) in your perfect spot. We did not use the pools due to my recent surgery and doctors orders, but they were sparkling clean, and the indoor seemed like a great place to take the little ones when the beach gets to be too much. We very rarely heard our neighbors. One hint when going down to the beach or the H20 grill or pools, use the elevators down the corridor past the room, not the ones used by everyone to unload. They were quick and always available, and let you out right by the pools and bar and beach steps. Out door shower and hose provided to rinse off after leaving the beach area. Great facilities, great owner, perfect condo to make your trip wonderful! We will definitely go back as soon as we are able. Side note, definitely do the Seascreamer sunset dolphin cruise. Deposit refunded next day after checkout. For a perfect trip, stay in this condo. located close to everything, and you will make memories that will last a lifetime. I know we did.Thank you Cheryl!!!!!
