The room was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a partial view of the water. The complex was well maintained and quiet. Extremely easy access to the beach. It was great being able to walk to the beach access. We didn’t have to drive and then try to find parking, which at busy times can be very difficult. King bed was very comfortable. Air worked great. The water in the unit did smell, but maybe that’s normal for the area. We would rent this unit again in the future.

Traveled with a few friends for a relaxing girls trip and really enjoyed the stay. Location was great but walk to rosemary was further than expected. Still doable and all three of us were pregnant. Would recommend to friends and family!

Winter/holiday getaway. It was very a very relaxing stay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the interior was nicely decorated. The condo was very convenient to the beach, state park, 30A and other tourist attractions.

We loved the property for our little family. Small space, but amazing view. Super close walk to the beach! Easy bike ride to Rosemary beach (2 minutes). Very clean. Updated. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location. Not crowded like the more popular beaches. Pool is an added bonus. Plenty of beach gear and toys in the outdoor closet were a major perk. The unit is showing some signs of wear, (sofa, rugs) but all the hard surfaces and bathroom were very clean. Keyless entry is great.

We had a blast at this condo in November. The weather might be the best this time of year and there were lots of fun things to do for the kids for the holidays! I love that the walk to the beach is so short - it was about a 3 minute walk! The unit is updated and well-stocked! Our kids loved the bunk beds! We will definitely be coming back here!

Loved our stay here. Perfect spot, convenient to all that inlet beach and 30a have to offer, at a great price. Beach gear so appreciated. Spent lots of time at pool and not having to get in car to access beach is ideal. Kitchen had all we needed (but be sure to bring coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and other cooking basics). Comfy beds and kids loved the bunks and pull out sofa in front of the tv. :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and the condo was very nice. Comfy beds and loved the decor!! Close to beach, shops & restaurants! We will definitely be back! Few things I want to add. We were only given one roll of TP so I had to buy more since we ran out. Not a huge deal but more should be supplied. Also, my husband is building inspector and did recommend some maintenance on the deck.
