Family Fun

This home was perfect for our family trip! Having two main suites on each floor was very helpful! The location was wonderful…short walk to the beach and very close to the shops and pool/playground.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We’ve been coming to Carillon for years and have been in several different houses. This one is definitely everyone’s favorite. Floor plan was perfect for us, beautifully decorated and equipped. We will return to this house for sure.

Better than the photos

The house was perfect and fantastic location. Have previously stayed on other 30A properties and Carillon Beach was much nicer. Beach was convenient as were other amenities such as pickleball pools play areas. Hope to come back.

Another wonderful vacation in carillon beach

Our family has been staying in this neighborhood for years now and have always had a wonderful time! This house was beautiful with comfortable beds, plenty of seating in living room/kitchen, and the added bonus of beach towels and lounge chairs at the beach.

Fun beach trip

Christmas at the beach

Our family of four just spent a week at Butterfly Kisses for Christmas. The house is beautiful and was decorated with a Christmas tree for the holidays. We enjoyed the outdoor living by eating outdoors on the nice large front porch and sitting out back around a nice water feature.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

This was our first time staying in Butterfly Kisses, but we have been vacationing in Carillon for years! The house has been recently updated and is very well appointed. The owners are great and responded very quickly to our rental request, as well as throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider this property for our next Carillon trip.

A little piece of paradise!

The house was so lovely and well-stocked. We didn’t lack for anything. We rented golf carts, but the house is a 2 min walk to the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for the 12 of us and the kids loved the beach toys, chairs and boogie boards provided!

Making memories

Our family had an incredible week in Carillon Beach. Butterfly Kisses was perfect! Location, accommodations, layout, and special touches made it so easy to simply enjoy our time. I really couldn't even come up with a recommendation for something to make it better! We hope to be back.

Wonderful house in a beautiful community!

Butterfly Kisses was a great house tucked into a beautiful community. We loved that the house had plenty of room for our party of 10, a fully stocked kitchen, safety gates for the stairs, quick walk to the beach, gated community, pool is relaxing and closeby, lots of walking paths, and the driving distance to 30A and Pier Park isn’t far! Thanks to Tim and Lisa for being great to work with and sharing your home with our family to create memories!

Multigenerational family trip

Can’t say enough about this awesome house in the most beautiful part of Carillon. The owners are even kind and accommodating enough to make available beach supplies and toys including the wagon to get them there! The house is gorgeous and beautifully appointed. I wish I could give it 6 stars. PS. Our grandson loved the bunk area claiming it as his hideout!!!

Awesome house to rent at our favorite beach neighborhood!

We have rented many homes and owned one home at Carillon. Butterfly Kisses is now one of our favorites! Very family friendly and spacious, well equipped kitchen and house amnenities made it easy to settle in for the week. Great porches to enjoy your morning coffee and lunch or dinner. Outdoor shower and beach toys and chairs make a short stroll to the beach easy and convenient. Close proximity to the pools is also a plus. We will definitely rent again!

Birthday party

This property is ideal for families. We celebrated an 80th birthday. Family members were 3 mos to 80. The location was an easy walk to the beach, pool or village. Having the umbrellas was a delightful plus. The box of beach toys was enjoyed by the children. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners are a pleasure to work with .

Wonderful week at the Beach

Butterfly Kisses was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location to the promenade and pool is fabulous. The walk to the beach is short, however, if you have older members or are carrying a lot of things to the beach, there are a lot of stairs on each side of walk over #3 but well worth the haul once you sit down in front of the breath taking ocean and sink your toes in the white sand. Butterfly Kisses get all the 💜💙❤️💚🧡

Our family, which included our children, their spouses and our grandchildren, enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in a peaceful and quaint neighborhood. On Sunday we walked to the chapel for the church service. The beach, town center, pool and playground were in close proximity to our home for the week and we enjoyed all of these amenities. We also enjoyed the live music on the green one evening. Publix grocery store is also very close which was so convenient. Rosemary is also very close so we took the grandchildren to The Hidden Lantern Bookstore for story-time one morning, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The home is spacious and well-decorated and supplied with everything we needed for the week. We also enjoyed the lovely backyard sitting area with a peaceful fountain which was enjoyed by the adults after the children were asleep. There were beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. The house manager, Helen, and owner, Lisa, were very accessible, responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to booking our next vacation at Butterfly Kisses!

Wedding weekend!

The family of the groom stayed at Butterfly kisses! The place is fabulous. Wonderful space for all to enjoy. The groom enjoyed his master suite and plenty of room for the all of the siblings and the the 2nd floor master for the parents of the groom. We hosted the brides family for a gathering night and then a bridal brunch before heading out for rehearsal dinner. Then fun activities, tennis and beach pre wedding on Sat. So fun to walk the promenade to the brides rental and venue for the wedding at Captains quarters! Seriously perfect!

In the heart of Carillon

This house is fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, books, games and pillows. The outdoor table for dining on the front porch was great! Beds were comfortable and having 2 king bed masters (one on the main floor and one on the 2nd floor) was perfect for our group. The kitchen cabinets are being completed now and I’m guessing the hardwood floors will be sanded and refinished after they’re done. This house is heart of Carillon - walking distance for young kids to go to the park, pool, bell tower and beach. This house is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Butterfly Kisses was Amazing !!!

This home was absolutely amazing. We have stayed at Carillon several times and so far this home has been our favorite. They have an abundance of supplies from pots and pans to seasonings. Anything that you can think if they have. We came right after Christmas for my mothers 70th birthday and the Christmas tree was still up. This was lovely and a pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend.

Amazing time at Butterfly Kisses

My Husband and I vacation each spring in Carillon Beach.This year we had the pleasure of having our daughter and son in law and their two young children with us. This beautiful beach meet and surpassed all our needs. Their are special touches though out the home including the beach towels, herbs and spices in the guest cupboard, dishwasher tablets, coffee supplies and laundry soup. The new upgrades are impressive. The location outstanding. I would highly recommend this beach home and Lisa was wonderful to deal with. We will be back! I

Great family vacation!

Our family loved the location and the extras on the property. We took advantage of the tennis courts and basketball courts. There was a little traffic within the community. There were not as many cyclist as in Rosemary, where it was sometimes difficult to walk due to the cyclist. it was very convenient to go to the grocery. The beach was beautiful and we loved having the chairs already set up for us. The house itself was very comfortable for multiple family members. The kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed having the gas grill. Due to the weather, we did not sit in the backyard, but it was lively.

Beautiful spacious home in Carillon Beach

Loved my stay at Butterfly Kisses! Super close to all the shops and restaurants of Carillon, with just a short walk to your beach chairs (2 chairs & umbrella set up provided by owner), plus they had several beach chairs & toys to borrow from the home- great convenience and much appreciated. All the rooms are huge- perfect for large families, reunions or girls trips! The house is laid out to give everyone privacy, yet have large gatherings for dinner or movies in the living/dining room. The porches are perfect for morning coffees and relaxing in the afternoon after a day at the beach. Publix and Winn Dixie are right across the highway, making grocery runs a breeze. The restaurants at Carillon are less than a minute away, plus a great gym is available if you want to workout while on vacation. Tennis courts and pools are well maintained, and are also an easy walk from this home. We were very happy with our stay at Butterfly Kisses, and hope to return soon!

Wonderful beach home for Christmas week at Butterfly Kisses!

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 11 and 9) cannot say enough about this wonderful home! This is our 6th trip to this area and the Carollin Beach community is a safe, clean, quaint, peaceful, conveniently located, traffic-free, gated community on an absolutely wonderful beach. Butterfly Kisses, in particular, is a large, beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated home. The daily walk to the beach took 4 minutes and the walk to the Bellview pool (one of 3 pools) was even shorter. Extra bonuses were the wagon/beach chairs, games for kids, the southern porches, comfy beds and plenty of bath towels. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and made our 1st Christmas away from home feel like home. The kitchen was so well stocked we could prepare a Christmas dinner and she even put up a gorgeous Christmas tree. We would stay at Butterfly Kisses again in a heartbeat! Gwen
