Relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fantastic sunrise and sunsets. Literally less than a 2 minute elevator ride and a few steps to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella waiting for you (a $350 dollar value) from March to October. Amazing views and the sound of the surf from all the rooms from this 7th floor condo. in Tower 1. Black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. LARGE walk-in shower and all new appliances. Washer and dryer. Wake up and look out at the beautiful Emerald Gulf only feet from your window. A new gym withevery piece of equipment and updated security cameras througout the resort. 2 beach chairs in the condo available out of season for the Beach Service. We have it all. Washer, Dryer, pull out queen sofa bed, hair dryer, TVs one in the bedroom one in the family room, beach towels. 3 pools 2 heated, tiki bar, gym and 2 Jacuzzi's!   • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The property is nice....the view fantastic! My issues were that the rehab/construction project of the complex was more intense than I expected ....now in fairness I was told that this process would be happening during our stay but it was on a larger scale than I anticipated...the main issue was that the unit was very musty smelling when you entered...not trying to rag on the unit....just the way it was.

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort many times. The complex is very nice and we like the layout of the 1 bedroom condos because the bedroom is beachside with a separate sliding door. This condo is very nicely decorated and well equiped. Walmart is a quick drive or a short walk and Pineapple Willies is right next door. There was construction that we were aware of before coming, but it will be even better next time. Pics of Tower 1 construction and the view from the balcony.

Great location!

My daughter and I stayed for 1 night and even though we didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of the weather, we still had a great time. The condo is in a great location with several restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean and the view is spectacular! We will definitely contact the owner about staying in the future.

My best friend and I vacation together every few years, usually somewhere sunny. This has been our best getaway to date. The beach was perfect and so was the condo. Great location, great price, great weather, great friends. Perfect!!! We totally recommend the place.

Relaxation with a view

The condo is exactly as described and we had no issues. The balcony is awesome, spacious and those views! We enjoyed the location being away from the busy Pier Park area, but also easy to drive there for eating/shopping. The big pool is fabulous and The Hangout is convenient. We got nachos there for dinner one night. We would definitely stay again!

What a view!

We spent our 50th anniversary here, it was magnificent! Unit was immaculate, perfect view from both living room and bedroom. Pool was beautiful and that beach I can’t describe except perfect. Added bonus was the beach service which of course we took advantage of. Ginny was a great host, made it all very simple for us! We hope to return again!

Best view, perfect stay

While a quick trip, I took advantage of this wonderful property the weekend before my busiest work season and it was just the mental reset I needed. We had the best time staying in this condo. Super clean and nice. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Loved the walk in shower. The restaurant near the pool was great. The heated pool was perfect for a spring break trip.
