"The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were extremely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was located to the back of the hotel, so although we didn’t have a view, it was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom, plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Good wardrobe space, safe, fridge and free WiFi. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety of food & drinks, and was also included in the price. The manager also put out lemon slices each morning, to add to my hot water, after I queried availability on the first day. The hotel is situated in an excellent location within walking distance to Penn Station, shops, restaurants, the subway, and all the main attractions. There is also a lift in the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Fantastically well thought out pod type hotel. Elevated amenities for each pod (ear plugs, sleep mask, white noise machine, high quality bedding etc.). The area around the hotel is amazing, Noho, Nolita, Alphabet City, Lower Eastside, and Chinatown are all walkable. Very impressed with this property. Definitely recommend! "

"Initially concerned that room was too tight/small, but it grew on us. Very efficient use of space. Might be problem for anyone with mobility issues due to tight spacing of bed. Very comfortable bed & best shower I’ve ever used( amazing water pressure and shower head. "
