"The hotel was very upscale and clean. The amenities was great and such a vibe. We absolutely love the rooftop lounge/bar the view was so amazing. Everything was just very amazing and beautiful. The only problem is housekeeping kept trying to enter our room we had to say something multiple times before they stopped trying to come in."

"The room was spacious and clean, the shower was hot (though the shower head wasn't particularly powerful). The bed was large and soft and it was a relief to get quality rest."

"Did not have a balcony that I could find, but for a busy time of year, I was pleased with the staff and the service. The noon regular check-out time was PERFECT, and we were able to check our bags to explore. Great location in Chelsea. Would definitely stay again. "
