"Great location and friendly staff! Perfect distance from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. The room was small and lacked the usual sofa/armchair that most hotel rooms have, but it’s New York City. Not much to expect, so the small space didn’t bother me. The water temperature was wonky. For both the sink and shower, the water had to run for several minutes to receive hot water. Unfortunately, even after the wait in the shower, the water would still shift from hot to cold. The two elevators did take long because of the number of floors. Luckily, I was on floor two, so I could use the emergency stairs when heading down (couldn’t figure out how to go up them since the door locked behind me though)."

"Loved the mattress, the bathrooms (the shower controls were simple to use)and the provided toiletries. Big plus for Dyson hair dryers which I used to dry my clothes. There's also attractive mosaic tile on the floors and in the bathroom area. I don't understand why hotels no longer offer washcloths. Are people excessively stealing them? Wish the walls were more soundproofed, especially considering the open ceiling. My neighbor kept zipping and unzipping his suitcase. Also, it's annoying when people slam their doors. In New York City, this is a major faux pas. Be considerate and hold the door while you close it!"

"Absolutely loved my stay here. They gave me a warm cookie when I arrived which I love as a foodie and the staff was very nice and even let me check in early with no problems! I'll definitely stay here again"
