"We loved it here! I don’t know why so many other reviews said the staff wasn’t friendly… we had very friendly staff when we were there! Everyone was super friendly, the hotel is super convenient and easily accessible right by Grand central. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and actually pretty spacious. We are Bonvoy members and had to call down daily for our water bottles but besides that and some very loud next door neighbors that had a party late night and we had to all security for, those were our only two negative things I could say. The bar was nice and good for late night drinks. I wish there was a restaurant on site but there is many close by. However we would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!"
