excelente servicio
La pasamosmuy bien es Hotel Paris, estubimos muy conentos su desayunos y la limpieza excelente. gente muy amable y en la recepcion y en el restaurant comida deliciosa y muy bien atendido por una jovencita y un joven fuimos en los desayunos, el sabado y el lunes. muchas gracia una esstancia muy bella.

This was a great overnight stay in Poza Rica. It had excellent off street parking, the rooms were clean, it was pet friendly, and they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which had excellent food and an amazing breakfast.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Restaurant food was mediocre at best and several staff members weren’t very friendly. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

good place
We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been dsiappointed. The price is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are good, the a.c. works well, and the breakfast is satisfactory.

Great value hotel with excellent breakfast
Very attentive staff and a fantastic complimentary breakfast! Central location with nearby shopping and freeway access. Reasonably quiet, other than a fire alarm that went off in the dead of night (VERY loud). Good internet and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Some reception problems on the T.V. in our room.

Las instalaciones cuentan con todo lo indispensable, el personal siempre fue cortés y servicial, solo consumí el almuerzo que tenía incluido en mi paquete en el restaurante y estaba bastante bien (huevo, frijoles, chilaquiles y un guiso que cambian diario), la alberca es algo pequeña y la puerta de la entrada principal del hotel necesitaba mantenimiento ya que no funcionaba. Habitaciones siempre limpias. Muy poco estacionamiento.

Los climas del hotel no me gustarom hacem mucho ruido y no dejaron dormir, la comida del hotel no tiene variedad y muy pobre además tiene poco personal para atender el restaurante Sergio muy lento sin servicio de valet parking...dudo regrese

El cuarto era pequeño, pero limpio Sin embargo dos días nos dejaron sin toallas en la habitación, su única respuesta fue que no les habían llegado. El aire acondicionado del cuarto es muy ruidoso, gotea y no nos dejó dormir. La alberca es pequeña y le da el sol todo el día. El desayuno buffet no es tan malo. Al rededor de la zona se encuentran varios comercios y algunos lugares para comer

El servicio del restaurante es lento y la limpieza al cuarto también. Solo dejaban dos toallas aunque éramos tres en la habitación

Excelente atención , muy limpias las instalaciones, solo un poco desorganizado el primer día el desayuno pero nada que no se pudiera resolver . Lo volvería a elegir , muy recomendable

Todo el personal fue muy amable. Excelente trato por parte de todos. La rapidez del check-in y el check-out. Las instalaciones muy buenas, limpias. No se escuchaba ruido exterior. Todo funcionó bien. El desayuno buffet estuvo bien aunque algunos alimentos no se conservan calientes y al servirlos ya están fríos. Amplio estacionamiento, aunque no es techado. También nos gustó que aceptan mascotas con tarifa extra

Nuestra estancia fue agradable, y confortable, ha excepción de que le falta limpieza en las esquinas de a la habitación y debajo de las camas, toda vez que había arañas; la calidad de las toallas es muy baja. El servicio del bufete muy aceptable y las personas muy cálidas y atentas.
