Great Location - Manager Supportive in Crisis
The apartment is in a great location and is nicely furnished, comfortable beds and great amenities, Unfortunately we arrived 2 days before the lock down began for the Coronavirus and Juan, the owner, kept us updated and made suggestions for us to check our flights home and we found they had been cancelled. Fortunately we found the flights had been replaced with rescue flights but you needed to re book, so a good call and one that possibly saved us from being stranded. Can't wait to go back when the World is a safer place. Thanks again Juan

Great location, attractive flat.
Excellent location on the edge of the old town which is full of interest and great restaurants. Also easy to walk to the more tourist-oriented areas. Very comfortable flat, spacious and well equipped.

Problem over check in due to our v.late arrival. It would be better to be able to pick up key without somebody having to wait at apartment. If you dont have smart phone it is difficult to contact owner and or Home away.

Excellent Apartment Excellent Location
I have no hesitation in giving this apartment a five star review. It is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable and an excellent base for a holiday in Puerto De La Cruz. Everything is within easy reach of the apartment including a large free car park where we parked our hire car. We researched the many restaurants within easy walking distance and were rewarded by high quality very reasonably priced food. It is worthwhile taking the time to do some research and you will find that the restaurants set back from the front tend to be the best value and quality. We took taxis to Loro Parque and the Botanic gardens as parking is difficult at these venues - the taxi rank just a couple of minutes away was very useful in this respect. Juan Manuel and his wife went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They realized that there was a slight issue with the low level sofa in the living room and took it upon themselves to order and put together a new sofa the following day! I can only say that we were very surprised and appreciative of this. They clearly want to make their clients' stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to thank them for this and certainly recommend their apartment as a great place to stay in Puerto De La Cruz.

Perfect apartment for your Puerto de la Cruz holiday.
We stayed in this great centrally located apartment for 10 days. Though central and therefore so convenient, it is on the 5th floor and with the 3 bedrooms at the back it is quiet and you have a choice of views in all directions. The photos on the web-site will show you how spacious the apartment is with plenty of cooking utensils, so it is an absolute pleasure to cook and dine in your own comfortable surroundings as if you are at home. You can stock up with fresh fruit and vegetables from the store next door or the Altesa round the corner and a few metres away is a fabulous bakery with freshly baked bread and cakes available at all times. The best recommendation is that the locals buy their bread there. For other items to complete your culinary delights we can recommended the delis at the Mercado Municipal at the top of Avenida Blas Perez Gonzalez where you will also find some excellent fruit and veg. You can walk to the bus station in 10 minutes and the most pleasant parts of the town to walk around are also on your doorstep. All in all Juan Manuel provides the perfect accommodation for your Tenerife holiday.

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Juan Manuel’s apartment in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, a taxi rank at the end of the street and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was bright and cheerful with a view of Mount Teide from the bedroom (sometimes). The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen facilities well above average. Juan Manuel was always available should you need him. Puerto de la Cruz is a great base for visiting other spots like Orotava, Santa Cruz, Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very modern and clean apartment
The apartment location was excellent, right in the centre of puerto de la cruz, close to excellent restaurants and bars. There was also parking close by for free. I would highly recommend this apartment.
