Modern and cosy studio with balcony, overlooking the street and the sea above the buildings. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, it can accommodate up to four people thanks to its king-size bed and the sofa-bed in the living room.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, 43" LED TV (Smart TV) and high speed Wifi. An ideal accommodation for couples, small families with children or even if you are coming for work.
Our studio is located on the 5th floor of a very central building and within walking distance to all kinds of services, such as supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.
Our accommodation is located near the Beach Martiánez, and very close to "Lago Martiánez", the famous salt water pools of Puerto de la Cruz, designed by the famous artist César Manrique. In the surroundings there is a wide range of leisure, bars and restaurants, as well as a supermarket, and nearby parking. An ideal place to enjoy the atmosphere of this part of the city.
