Stunning 3 bedroom home with rooftop terrace 8 minutes from the beach
Watching the spectacular sunrise over the mangrove jungle from the rooftop terrace of this gorgeously decorated three bedroom home is about as good as it gets. Situated in the private complex of Aldea Umm with 24 hour security, 8 minutes from the ocean, 20 minutes from the airport, and right in between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. There is a private backyard swimming pool and the rooftop also features a whirlpool as well as a barbecue and full terrace dining table. Hotel quality mattresses in every bedroom, a king size in the master bedroom, queen size in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room. A sixty five inch television with ExPat TV features hundreds of live channels in numerous languages as well as all of your favourite streaming apps. High speed Starlink internet included. There is also an electric piano and nylon string acoustic guitar, tons of books and numerous games to enjoy.
